How do i get my furniture?
- After you have placed your order, you recieve a confirmation email.
- Then you will recieve a second email with the exact delivery date.
- The furniture you order will always be delivered in neutral wooden boxes. Neither on the packaging nor the delivery notes. It will simply say "furniture".
- This elaborate packaging guarantees a safe transport and saves you and us stress with reclamations and compensation deliveries.
- You will receive another email when the delivery leaves the factory. It will be brought to you within 3 -5 days.
- If you happen to not to be at home, the deliverer will leave a message and you can contact him for a new appointment.
- You also can pick up your furniture yourself at our factory.
