Very effective device. Restrain the scrotum with the forceps.

Apply now the desired pressure with the die plate.

Secure the penis to the removable bracket with the provided leather band and treat as you like. There is no escape.      

The bracket is available in 4 different lengths from 5 7/8 inches to 11 7/8 inches  (15 - 30cm.)

There are drillings on the leading edge of the forceps and the die plate to connect your TENS unit for 2 mm and 4 mm plugs. 

Sturdy strapleather with countless stainless steel thorns. Tho the thorns are not that sharp to pierce the skin.

You can use your TENS unit  additionally, since the underside of the thorns connect to the die plate.
