This pipe adapter can be mounted onto the vertical pipes. The strap can be secured with a carbine (snap hook), which is included. Another way to secure the strap would be a padlock (not included).
This module system accessory can be mounted to the support pipes at any height. Its quick release grip makes tools unnecessary.
